All keyholders who get their eKEY service through SmartMLS will receive a free upgrade to the eKEY Pro app as of September 10, 2026:

In addition to all of the essential functionality you rely upon with your eKEY app, this free upgrade allows you to:

• View and search MLS listings, even when you're offline.
• View agent roster information for all SmartMLS agents.
• Create real-time property notes that are viewable when opening the lockbox.
• View map and turn-by-turn directions to properties without leaving the app.

As a reminder, these are the features you already have with your eKEY Basic:

• Set access hours for listings, change keybox shackle codes instantly, and keep track of keybox inventory.
• Get real-time data at the door, including listing photo and current property notes.
• Use the phone’s biometric feature or the Apple Watch® to effortlessly open keyboxes.
• Receive real-time showing information when showings start and end.
