Using a combo lockbox on a listing

Technically, agents can use combo lockboxes on their listings instead of a Supra keybox. However, SmartMLS does not recommend using a combo lockbox for multiple reasons:

• The list agent will not be able to see who accesses the property. Combo boxes do not have the ability to generate listing activity reports the way Supra boxes do.
• The list agent must add the lockbox combination on the listing (using the LockBox Code field). Failing to do so will prevent showing agents from accessing the property without additional assistance.

If at all possible, SmartMLS recommends using Supra keyboxes.
