Open keybox with eKey

To open a keybox using the eKey app on your phone:

• Open the Supra eKEY app on your phone
• tap the blue key
• enter your 4-digit PIN number
• push up on the bottom of the keybox one time (push it all the way until you see the red light flash)*
• take your hand away from the box
• your phone and the keybox will speak to each other through Bluetooth
• your phone will say Success
• push up on the bottom of the keybox once more and the key container will fall into your hand

* Do not repeatedly push up on the bottom of the box- doing this will activate a security feature built into the keybox that will lock you out for 10 minutes.
