If you are a SmartMLS member that has a Greenwich eKey and would like to be able to show SmartMLS properties in the Fairfield County area, you will need to contact SmartMLS at (203) 750-6000 so we can cooperate your key. Make sure to have your key number and PIN ready when you call us. We will add your key to our system and set it up so it will work in Fairfield County. There is a $10 per month key usage fee that you will have to pay when we cooperate your key. You will be charged for the months remaining in the current billing period.
