The first step in purchasing SmartMLS keyboxes is to call the SmartMLS office (203 750-6000) and speak with someone in our Membership department. At that point, we will take your order and payment over the phone and get the keybox(es) ready for you. You can then schedule a time to come pick up your box(es), either at the SmartMLS office in Milford or at one of several participating Boards of Realtors throughout the state of Connecticut.

If neither of those keybox pickup options works for you, we can also ship the Supra keybox to you. There would be a shipping and handling fee that depends on the number of boxes you purchase.
The cost is $108 per box (one-time fee) and it comes with a defective product replacement warranty. You must purchase the keybox(es) before picking them up.
We can program a specific shackle code for the boxes prior to pick up (if you do not want to use the pre-programmed shackle code already assigned to the box).
