Programming your keybox remotely (for agents)

A new way to program keyboxes is here!

Supra's new remote keybox programming feature provides a better experience for both keyholders.

This new feature allows you to change settings in a compatible keybox in SupraNET without connecting the keybox to the programming base. The next updated eKEY (eKEY iOS version 5.1.1.264 or Android version 5.1.2.189 or greater) that accesses the keybox delivers those changes.

This is useful when you want a setting changed in a compatible keybox that is on a listing. You will no longer have to drive to your office or to a listing to change a setting in a keybox.

The following settings in an iBox BT LE can be changed remotely:

• Shackle code
• Call-Before-Showing (CBS) code and turn CBS on or off
• Keybox access hours and turn timed access on or off
• Turn keybox feedback flag on or off

This features works best when you are using the Supra eKEY app.

Keyboxes that have an older version of firmware are not able to be programmed remotely.  SupraNET will indicate if a keybox can be programmed remotely.
